Sometimes it's easy to forget the value of a note or even their proper name, like crotchet or minim etc.

 The answers are always in your initial tutor book, but I have added this chart to remind everyone

Print off this musical maths game and see how good you are at addition. I wasn't great at maths when I was at school, but music uses very simple addition, and all bar numbers have to contain the

correct number of beats. I can mark them or  
perhaps a family member can check your adding up.
